car parking
any cars parked in our onsite carpark are left at your own risk, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to you vehicle
staff
staff are not here to be abused verbally or otherwise, we are here to look after you and help you enjoy your stay
No Drugs of any kind.
No drugs of ANY kind will be tolerated on the premises. Anyone found breaking this rule will have their membership terminated immediately and will be asked to leave the club.
Membership Cards.
No one will be admitted to the club without a membership card. Membership cards are strictly non-transferable. Gentlemen holding a couples card will only be admitted when accompanied by a female partner on Saturday's.
Bags & Valuables.
All large bags must be deposited in the changing rooms. We have lockers inside we recommend you to keep any valuables in them.
cleanliness
we have anti bacterial sprays and wipes in all the rooms for your convenience , all rooms must be left clean for the next person to use.
condoms
hu9 does sell condoms and advise our members to practise safe sex. if you chose to have unprotected sex make sure every body involved is aware and ok with this fact. we will not be held responsible
play
any play/sex acts in hu9 is agreed amongst you the members. hu9 will not be held responsible for any decisions or misconduct in this area.
hu9 is a swinger venue but this does not guarantee you sex
you pay to enter the hu9 venue and enjoy the friendly swinger atmosphere
STRICTLY NO CAMERAS.
All cameras or recording devices of any kind must be kept in your lockers except by prior arrangement with the management. This also includes mobile phones with built in cameras; if seen with taking photos you will be asked to leave
Loss or Injury.
hu9 shall not be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained by any club member whilst on the premises.
smoking
Hu9 is a no smoking establishment but we do have a covered smoking area to the rear of the club which is secure and heated in winter.
Right of Entry.
Management reserve the right to refuse entrance to the club .
Groups
male groups larger than two will not be allowed in to Hu9
problems
if you have any problems, please come to a member of staff immediately and inform them so we can help you. we will not be held responsible if you notify us after you have left the club. any issues will be dealt with discreetly.

Playrooms
private play rooms are private playrooms any people found abusing this will be asked to leave
loud and uncalled for behaviour in the play rooms is forbidden, if you are watching play be quite and respectful
hot tub
sex is not permitted in the hot tub, this is unhygienic for other members
dungeon area
hu9 has play equipment for you to use in the dungeon. you the member uses this at your own risk. we are not held responsible for and injury or damage
we do not supply whips and floggers if you wish to bring your own that is fine. you must use these respectfully, we are not held responsible for any injury or damage when using them
scat and water sports games are not allowed in hu9.
couples
on any of our club nights two males are not classed as a couple.
Drinks
alcohol will not be sold in our venue, you are more than welcome to bring your own, this must be kept behind the bar and served to you by our bar staff
the bar staff has the right to refuse to serve you your own drinks if they feel you are intoxicated this may result in you having to leave the premises
any soft drinks /mixers must be bought from the bar
Abuse
any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and action will be taken and membership revoked
strictly over 21s only for single men
everybody must read and a to these rules and sign to say you understand them as part of your membership before entering the premises
if you are not happy with the rules of hu9 maybe we aren't the club for you
